CBSE NATIONAL AWARD-2014
Principal Smt. Manju Malik has been honoured by CBSE with the National Award for the year 2014 for her contributions and services in the field of education.
Smt. Manju Malik joined her services in July 1990. She has a distinguished record for being a diligent, sincere and dedicated Teacher, headmistress, Vice-Principal and Principal. She has worked day and night for the improvement of quality academics in the school. She has been associated with academic activities such as curriculum development, text book writing, preparing teachers’ support material in English , academic planning, organization of co-scholastic activities, lesson planning and its implementation in the classrooms, teachers’ follow up procedures and modification of teaching-learning processes for almost the past 22 years. She has been working untiringly for the upliftment and social-economic development of the weaker sections of the society. Her brain child, the Eco/Environment Club ‘Vatavaran’ is working successfully in the school to promote Save-Environment programmes. At the time of national crisis and natural calamity,she has bravely stood up and motivated others to contribute towards the relief funds for the victims. She has introduced many innovative practices in the school. She has received a number of letters of appreciation for valuable contribution in the field of Education and Community Welfare programmes.Principal Smt.
