‘Picnic Pleasure’

To break the monotony of the mundane routine, the junior wing of DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave organized a fun-filled picnic to the National Zoological Park and The Children’s Park on 22nd September 2016, for the students of Pre-school and Pre–primary. As the enthusiastic children entered the premises their smiling faces lit up with joy and excitement upon witnessing the big wide world of animals in all its glory. The much awaited trolley ride added to the fun quotient. The little ones were amused to see the roaring tigers, bathing hippos, grazing deer, vultures, hornbill etc. After the ecstatic educational trip to the Zoological park, the lush green grounds of the Children’s Park offered the tiny tots an open space to indulge in countless engaging games and activities. All in all, the picnic was a memorable and fun filled learning experience for the kids.
