‘Book Week’

"The real purpose of a book is to trap the mind into doing its own thinking"

DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, organized a Book week from 15th - 19th November 2016, to highlight the importance and value of books in our life.The day saw students participating enthusiastically in various activities. The students of Classes V and VI participated in Book-mark Making Competition, Classes VII and VIII participated in Cover Page Designing Competition, students of Class IX participated in Book Jacket Designing Competition, while the students of Class X penned down the DO’s and DON’Ts of the School Library. The whole venture aimed at enhancing students' knowledge and instillingthe love for reading. The enthusiastic participation of the students and teachers made the event successful.
