‘Rapturous Republic Day’

The junior wing of D.A.V. Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave celebrated the 68th Republic Day in its aesthetically adorned lawns. The spirits soared high as the programme began with the flag hoisting ceremony followed by an enlightening address by Ms. kiran Jawa, the supervisory head of the junior wing. The patriotic fervour was at its peak as the tiny tots of Pre–School and Pre–Primary lent their sweet voice to the melodious songs of national glory and pride.

An informative skit by the students of class III highlighting the prominence of Republic Day celebration was indeed worth an applaud. A truly inspirational song by the school choir filled every heart and soul with invigorating zest and zeal to do or die for our beloved motherland.The festivity came to a joyous close with a thrilling dance performance by the students. As our treasured Tiranga fluttered with all its glory and the jubilant shouts of Jai Hind filled the air, everyone’s heart swelled with pride on being an Indian.
