Jashn-e- Janmashtami at DAV

‘Janmashtami- Colours of Krishna’s Consciousness’ was venerated with much vigour and vivacity at DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave on Wednesday, 13^th August 2014. Festooned in flamboyant attires as Sri Krishna and His consort Radha, the students of Pre School and Pre Primary performed skits depicting notorious nuances of the Lord. The entire school premises dipped in the true tints of the festival. Chanting of mesmerising bhajans and sensitizing sagas echoed in the vicinity. The little Kanhaiyas and Radhas ferried everyone to the streets of Vrindavan with their ravishing recitals and dazzling dance performances. The students of the Junior Wing bejewelled beautiful ‘flutes’ of Lord Krishna on His birthday as their candid birthday bequest. Over all, it was a day brimming with fun-filled activities.
