‘Janmashtami Celebrations - 2017’

The toddlers of Pre- School and Pre -Primary celebrated Janmashtami with full zest and vigour. The tastefully bedecked premises of the junior wing of DAV Centenary Public School appeared to be the open meadows of Vrindavan ,when the beautiful Radhas and natkhat Krishnas enacted incidents from Lord Krishna’s life. The tiny tots, dressed up in the traditional Indian attires, stole the show with an enchanting dance performance on the melodious song “Choti Choti Gaiyan, Chote Chote Gwala”. The little ones not only spread the message of love but also created awareness among the learners about the various customs and traditions followed in our beloved country. Fun and frolic marked the occasion.
