Social Sciences savored at DAV

In abreast with its quintessential curriculum, DAV Centenary Public School aims at inculcating love for all the subjects in the learners at a very early stage.

An edifying Social Science Week was observed in the bubbling premises of its junior wing in the last week of October that witnessed a spectrum of activities for the little ones.

The week inaugurated with flamboyant performances of class I students who showcased their love for nature through a ramp show. Decked up as diverse natural elements, they mesmerized one and all.

Show ‘n’ Tell activity for class II on public utility services was, undoubtedly civilizing. Quizzicals on the theme ‘Mapping India’, tremendous tableaus presentations, designing posters and saucy slogans projected the vibrant culture and traditions of India.   

Such exhilarating feats serve the dual purpose of learning as well as leisure. Principal Manju Malik applauded the earnest efforts of the Social Science Department of the junior wing for sorting out such events.
