“Being Physically and Mentally Fit During the Lockdown”

Physical activity is  essential at all times and even more so during this period when everyone is househeld, while it may seem tempting to put the children in front of a screen to keep them quiet or distract them, it’s important that everyone gets enough exercise.

We at DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, ensure to keep our students active and make sure that they don’t lose touch with their fitness and health. The school has begun physical education class for the students to keep them engaged and active during these tough times of COVID-19, the teachers also organise meditation sessions along with the fitness challenge and exercises for the students to help them to beat the boredom and get something worthwhile to engage. The school also motivate all the family members to join the fitness challenge and become physically and mentally fit. The school believes that at this time we all should be Physically and mentally strong and active.
