DAVCPS, PASCHIM ENCLAVE organised WORLD TELECOMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SOCIETY DAY 2022 to raise awareness of the benefits that the Internet and other information and communication technologies (ICT) can provide to societies and economies, as well as ways to bridge the digital divide. The 17th of May commemorates the signing of the first International Telegraph Convention and the establishment of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). WTISD 2022's theme is "Digital technologies for older people and healthy ageing." The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) hopes to foster initiatives that will contribute to the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing by accelerating digital technologies for older people and healthy ageing.

On the occasion ATL incharge Ms.Himani Kohli gave a value talk to bring awareness and to encourage digital communication.
