Holi Hues

 “Red for love, green for prosperity, orange for success and pink for happiness. Dipped in hues of love and trust comes the festival of Holi.” 

To mark the festival of colours, the teachers of DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, performed a propitious Havan in the premises of the junior school. Along with the teachers, the students of Pre School and Pre Primary too enjoyed the festival of colours with great joy and happiness. They celebrated eco-friendly Holi with organic colours. Dressed up in colourful attire the students added to the feel of the festival. The air was filled with festive fervor when they recited the poem “Holi aayi, Holi aayi” in their sweet voice. They took pleasure in listening to the story of legendary Prahlad narrated by their teachers.

It was a day full of fun and frolic for everyone.
