‘Anti-Crackers Rally’

The most awaited festival of the year, the festival of lights – Diwali, almost always ends up causing severe environmental damage; crackers being the principal reason behind it. With the determination to ameliorate the situation, the students of Class IVof DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, took out a large Anti-Crackers Rally on 27th October, 2016 in the close vicinity under the able leadership of their teachers. Shouting hard-hitting, thought-provoking slogans, the young tenacious eco-warriors persuaded people to shun crackers and go green this Diwali with diyas, candles and lights.
