‘Webinar on Mental Well being’

DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave organised a session on Mental Well being of students of class X-XII, under the able guidance of our worthy Madam Principal Ms. Manju Malik. The webinar was conducted by the school counsellor Ms. Divya Chawla. The webinar stressed upon taking this Pandemic as an opportunity rather than being anxious and fearful.

The objective was to give students an insight upon how this time can be made fruitful to learn new things and to throw away negativity from one's mind. The webinar suggested many ways in which one can fight depression, fear of being alone and stressed. The resource person gave mindful ideas through wonderful videos, pictorial representation that the students could relate to followed by a question answer session that helped students to solve their queries and clear their minds off the negativity brought in by the ongoing Pandemic. The session proved to be an excellent stress buster for all participants.
