Water is the driving force of all nature

DAV Paschim Enclave is glad to share that Ray of Hope - Interact Club of the school (under the aegis of Rotary club Delhi Janak) celebrated Water Conservation Awareness Day on February 02, 2023 in it's true essence under the guidance of madam Principal Ms. Sonia Malik.

A plethora of activities were organised in the school and the students participated with great zest. They took part in Poem Recitation, Role play (with slogans): 'Main Bhi Jal Rakshak' and Group discussion on the topic of water conservation: significance of rain water harvesting & drip irrigation in order to create awareness on saving water- a precious resource.

Interactors volunteered as Jal Rakshaks and guided the students about the tremendous scarcity of water we will face if water taps are left open. Interactor Harmandeep shared her views during the morning assembly on Water Conservation and to arouse respect for water: Elixir of life.

The day ended with the raised awareness & inspiration towards water conservation in the community among the students.
