‘Anti Tobacco Campaign’

With the aim of churning out responsible citizens and creating mass awareness about the serious health hazards associated with the consumption of tobacco, drugs and alcohol, DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave organized - Anti Tobacco Campaign. Students of the school participated enthusiastically spreading the message – ‘Be Brighter, Put down the Lighter’. Principal of the school Ms. Manju Malik flagged off the rally, inspiring the students to become better citizens by saying no to alcohol and tobacco use. Students spread the noble message, vociferating the slogans and distributing the pamphlets to the passersby. The day saw active participation by all the teachers and the students of the school. Dr. Anshu Asri, the medical officer of the school counselled the students about the issue in an informative workshop. Students pledged to be conscientious citizens by adopting healthy lifestyles.
