‘Tree Plantation Campaign-2017’

A special ‘Tree Plantation Campaign’ was organised by DAV Public School, Paschim Enclave with the aim of creating awareness among the masses about the tremendous deforestation and its adverse effects on our Nature.
With the noble aim of making our environment clean and green, students pledged to plant more and more trees. School organised a special assembly to sensitize the students to be nature lovers. The school choir presented a melodious composition conveying the message – ‘Let’s go Green’.
The day saw students participating with zest and zeal in the Nukkad Natak advocating the message – ‘Ped Bachao, Jeevan Khushhaal Banao’.
Under the special campaign, Ms Manju Malik, Principal of the school and the parents of the Star Students of the Year 2017 – Mr and Mrs Gaur, Mr and Mrs Khandelwal planted trees advocating the message - ‘Each one, Plant one’.A special rally was also flagged off on the day with the aim of spreading awareness among the masses about the need to make earth  green and beautiful.
DAV Paschim Enclave has been making endeavours to spread awareness regarding the environmental issues inspiring the students to make our Earth- a healthy planet.
