‘Save Earth Campaign’

To say no to the deterioration of the Earth’s environment, DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, organized a special ‘SAVE EARTH CAMPAIGN’ on April 23, 2019. The main aim of this campaign was to spread a word about the need to save Earth. The day saw students and teachers of the school participating enthusiastically, joining hands to protect the Mother Earth. Under the guidance of the Principal of the school, Ms. Manju Malik, a special rally was flagged off to spread awareness among the masses about the need to protect mother earth, in order to preserve her beauty. Students did door to door campaigning, advocating the message- “Think Globally, Act Locally”. Students vociferated slogans and distributed informative pamphlets to the passersby to sensitize them about the harmful consequences of damaging Earth and also discussing the measures to curtail the practices which are responsible for this deterioration. Active participation of the students and teachers made the campaign successful.
