‘Nukkad Natak - Say No to Plastic’

On 18th October, 2019 Friday a special assembly on Say No to Plastic was conducted in the junior wing of DAV Centenary Public School. The main objective of the assembly was to sensitize the students about the harmful effects of plastic on human health and the environment. The young talented minds of the students splashed their ideas on how to stop the use of plastic.

Nukkad Natak was the highlight of the assembly wherein the students delivered a big message “Say no to plastic” by representing plastic as the evil modern day Ravana. Students pledged to replace plastic lunch boxes with steel ones. The school was echoed by the slogan “Say no to plastic, make the Earth fantastic”.
