Independence Day
Justifying John F.Kennedy’s words,"Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country”, the school initiated to imbibe the feelings of patriotism into the hearts of the learners by celebrating Idyllic Independence Day in its school premises. The entire school was bedecked withtricolor ribbons and festooned kites to signify the spirit of patriotism. A mélange of events like garnishing tricolor badges, scribbling slogans, display décor as well as thumb printing on the national flag were panelized to infuse the feeling of nationalism among the students. specialassembly embellished with voicing stirring speeches, chanting jingoistic songs and tapping on the tunes of popular patriotic numbers spread the savour of freedom all around. ‘Quizzical’ Challenge for the learners added fluffto the patriotic fervour. The unsurpassed artiste of the school paid their tender tribute to the national festival by playing orchestra on assorted musical instruments. It was a treat to the ears, indeed. The entire premises echoed with the following charismatic hymns all through the day. Freedom in the mind Faith in the words…
