‘Baisakhi Celebrations’

The vibrant harvest festival of Punjab, Baisakhi, was celebrated by the tiny tots of Pre-School and Pre-Primary in the junior wing of DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave on 13th April, 2017. The little ones looked adorable and at their traditional best in the colourful Punjabi attire and gleaming faces. The learners enjoyed an animated movie highlighting the importance of the harvest festival. The fun filled celebration aimed at inculcating in the children a sense of solidarity and secularism. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the day as every passing moment was the one to be cherished and prized.
