DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave organized a picnic to the Eco- Adventure Camp (Najafgharh) for the students of Pre-School and Pre-Primary. The morning of October 17, 2015 saw the beaming faces of tiny-tots, all excited for an adventurous day ahead. At the camp, after relishing a delicious breakfast, the students were divided into groups headed by a competent team leader. The children enjoyed a multitude of exciting activities such as River Climbing, Commando Net, Rope Ladder, Burma Bridge etc. Apart from these, the icing on the cake were the myriad rides they enjoyed on the Tractor, Bullock Cart and the Camel Cart. The rural set up of the camp added to their fun and excitement as they enjoyed eating the traditional Indian delicacies served with love during the lunch. After having their fill the little feet marched towards the muddy field to test their might at the game of Tug of War. The Magic Show mesmerized them as they gazed skeptically at the innumerable illusions being played before them. The fun- filled day came to an with the little ones dancing to the tunes of their favourite songs during the Dance Session. Exhausted but excited to share their experience, they boarded the bus back to school.
