‘Republic Day Celebration’

DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave celebrated 68th Republic Day with full zest and zeal. Colourful cultural events filled with jingoistic fervor were organized in the special assembly on the day. The celebration was graced by the presence of Mrs. and Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Chairman and Secretary of DAVCMC, Mrs. S.P. Chandla, Manager of the school, Mr. Ramesh Kandpal and Ms. Neelima Goyal, team from Akhil Bhartiya Anuvrat Nyas, Mrs. and Mr. Duggal, Retd. Principal, and Mr. R.K. Gupta, a well-wisher of the school. The day began with the flag hoisting by the Principal of the school, Ms. Manju Malik alongwith the President and the Prime minister of the School Parliament. The tunes of ‘Jana Gana Mana…..’ echoed all around.

On this occasion, Ms. Manju Malik rendered a motivational message to the students, sensitizing them to work earnestly for making the country healthy, prosperous and green. Mr. Kumar and Mrs. Chandla congratulated the school and praised the efforts of the Principal and teachers in the direction of carving out better and responsible citizens. Mr. Kandpal applauded the endeavours of the school for the all-round development of the students. The day saw students voicing their feelings for the Nation, adding patriotic hues to the celebration. The school choir enthralled the audience with a melodious composition. This harmonious presentation was followed by a dance performance by the students mesmerizing one and all present there.
