Under the guidance of the Principal of the school Ms. Sonia Malik, DAV Paschim Enclave celebrated Haryali Mahotsav on July 06, 2023 as per the guidelines of D.O.E.
 

On this occasion a special tree plantation drive was organised in which students of Classes IX-XII actively participated. Students of Eco club and Interact club presented a special Haryali song in the assembly. In the green drive the students, along with the teachers planted saplings of peepal, cinnamon, neem, and eucalyptus in the school garden. Madam Principal also planted a sapling and motivated students to at least plant one tree per year.

Take away/Learning outcomes: 

Students perceived it as an effective tool to instill enthusiasm among masses for forest conservation and tree plantation. It also holds immense importance in complementing the policy and initiatives of the government towards environmental conservation.
