The workshop aimed to introduce our teaching staff to the practices of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, with the goal of enhancing students' overall well-being and academic performance. The objectives of the workshop were to familiarize teachers with the concepts and benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, to highlight how these practices can improve students' focus, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being and to provide teachers with practical tools and techniques for integrating mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into their classroom routines. Very refreshing and energetic session of yoga, meditation and Zumba were done where we have done some nice yoga poses and meditation which again helps us to relax our minds and the body. Practical strategies were discussed for integrating mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into daily classroom routines, including short exercises that can be done during breaks or at the beginning and end of lessons.
