#YOUTH SABHA

#EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
 

DAV Centenary Public School Paschim Enclave , under the able guidance of Principal Madam Sonia Malik organized an Inter School event DAVPE Youth Sabha 2.0 on October 12, 2023. 140 students from reputed schools of Delhi NCR participated in the event. The event aimed at providing experiential learning of the students creating awareness about the National policies and their implications. It aimed at churning out socially responsible citizens who actively contribute to the development of the nation. Three Committees LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA and NATIONAL PRESS headed by an experienced Executive Board provided a platform to the students develop skills such as decision making, debating, critical thinking, understanding parliamentary procedure, voicing the opinion and respecting each other's views with tolerance.
 

Agenda taken up in Lok Sabha was Deliberation on the concept of Secularism in India with emphasis on Uniform Civil Code. In Rajya Sabha Electoral Reforms in India were discussed. Cash Prizes were given to the winners.
