Aalankaran, 2025 - The Annual Exhibition of Skills was successfully organized at the Junior Wing of DAV Centenary Public School Paschim Enclave on August 02, 2025, showcasing the remarkable talents and creativity of students across various domains. The event served as a vibrant platform for students to demonstrate their learning, imagination and innovative thinking developed over the academic session and summer break.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the School Principal Madam Sonia Malik along with guest of the day Principal JLDAV Ms. Neena Bhola and other special dignitaries. The event began with a melodious musical performance presented by the school choir, setting a tone of enthusiasm.
Budding actors from various grades performed thought-provoking skits and short plays focusing on social themes, values and mythology. Their expressions, dialogue delivery and confidence impressed all attendees.
Students also showcased their musical talent through Rap songs. Innovative working models by the ATL students of the school were exhibited, reflecting students' growing interest in STEM and real-world problem solving. Abacus & Mental Math Section drew attention to the students’ sharp mental calculation abilities. Live demonstrations reflected the importance of concentration and cognitive skills.Models related to scientific principles, sustainable development and environmental awareness were on display.
Creative and interdisciplinary projects from all grades were beautifully presented. From colourful scrapbooks and charts to research projects and art-integrated work, the displays reflected diligence and imagination.
Flameless cooking competition was also organised for the parents of nursery classes as yet another parent partnership programme of the school. Parents, teachers from DAV Cluster group and guests were deeply appreciative of the students' efforts. The exhibition was not only a showcase of knowledge and skill but also a celebration of experiential learning, collaboration and innovation.
The principal of the school ,Madam Sonia Malik appreciated the efforts of all the staff members and the supervisory head of the junior wing, Ms. Richa Gandhi proposed the vote of thanks.
Aalankaran 2025, reaffirmed the school’s commitment to holistic development, encouraging students to think critically, act creatively and perform confidently. It was a resounding success and a memorable experience for all.
