Under the able guidance and leadership of the school Principal Madam Sonia Malik, the Junior Wing of DAVCPS organised Anterjyoti-Annual Presentation by the students of class IV on January 31, 2026 Saturday. The school campus was filled with spiritual fervour and cultural pride as a Vedic Blessings Hawan and Cultural Programme was organised with great devotion and enthusiasm. The programme aimed at invoking divine blessings and reinforcing the importance of Vedic values, moral character and holistic development among students.
The day commenced with a sacred Hawan, performed by the staff, students and parents together. The serene atmosphere created by the rhythmic recitation and offerings into the holy fire inspired a sense of peace, purity and collective well-being. Everyone participated wholeheartedly, praying for wisdom, harmony and success in all endeavours.
Following the Hawan, a vibrant cultural programme was presented by the students. The performances included Vedic chants, devotional songs, classical and folk dances, skits highlighting the relevance of Vedic principles in modern life and melodious group presentations. Each performance reflected the richness of Indian heritage and conveyed strong messages of discipline, truth, respect, unity, and social responsibility.
The Principal, in her address, emphasised that Vedic wisdom is timeless and continues to guide humanity towards righteous living and inner strength. She appreciated the efforts of students and teachers in beautifully blending spirituality with creativity and encouraged everyone to imbibe Vedic values in daily life.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the Supervisory Head of the junior wing Ms. Richa Gandhi, expressing gratitude to the Almighty and all those who contributed to the successful organisation of the event. The event left a lasting impression on everyone, strengthening the school’s commitment to nurturing value-based education rooted in Vedic tradition.
