‘Tree Plantation Campaign’

“He who plants a tree loves others besides himself.”

The young learners of DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave, Junior Wing displayed their love and concern for the society when they planted a number of saplings in the school vicinity and pledged to take care of them. The passionate little green crusaders also took it upon themselves to sensitize others around them about the absolute necessity of maintaining greenery and thus campaigns like these being the need of the hour. The children of Class IV took out a rally in the locality, flagged off by the Supervisory Head of Junior Wing, Ms. Usha Gupta. The ardor and conviction of the students towards the issue was almost palpable in the way they encouraged the onlookers to go green through their hard-hitting slogans.
