‘Global Hand Washing Day’

Hand washing is indeed the first step in preventing diseases and staying healthy. So, with a view to inculcate good health and hygiene habits among the learners DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave observed Global Hand Washing Day on 15th October, 2018. A special assembly was held in the school lawn wherein the 6 steps hand washing technique was demonstrated to the students. The students were also briefed about the importance of maintaining healthy a hand washing habit to ensure proper hygiene through an engaging act by the students of Class III. It was quite a learning experience for the students and an encouraging reinforcement of healthy hygiene habits.
